PEAC was founded in 1999 to support, educate and connect the fragmented community of pre-MBA private equity professionals in Chicago through professional development, social and civic service events. Since then, we have expanded the organization to 400+ members across 75+ member firms. PEAC is affiliated with the Private Equity Association, a growing national organization that includes chapters in Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

PEAC fosters knowledge sharing and career development through educational, social and civic events. Funded by corporate sponsorships and member firms, PEAC aims to create valuable networking and learning opportunities that benefit both its members and sponsors in Chicago's private equity community.
